C'était la première fois que je faisait affaire avec cette compagnie. Il est très facile de passer une commande en ligne. Il y a toujours un excellent suivi fait par courriel, j'ai su toujours ou était rendu ma commande au stresse. Juste un mot WOW!!!
La structure est bien conçue. Le plan est très rudimentaire et les ancrages (piquets) sont inutiles . Il faut installer la structure dans le ciment pour être efficace.
Merci Janin pour votre avis! Effectivement, les piquets peuvent etre moins efficace que le béton mais nous avons plusieurs clients qui ont fait l'installation avec les ancrages à gazon et c'est toujours fonctionnel après plus de 4 ans, sans rouille, bien couvert avec la toile en hiver.
Le produit était bien fabriqué et la transaction s'est très bien déroulée. Hautement recommandé.
I received my order, a pool noodle quickly. However the outer color part was pealing away from the center white part. I contacted them and they are shipping me a new one!

The ball pit quality is excellent, foam is thick and doesn't bend. You can stand on it and it supports you. Very nicely done! The balls squish easily so for quality they are not very good. I plan on buying foam squares to add to the pit.
The service is slow from the store, they took over a month to ship it which is fine except the communication was not great. I would still recommend using them because of the ball pit quality. This is super well made, i would just improve on the communication with your customers. If not for that, i would have given you a 5 star review. Thank you
